Preparation & Pricing 

We assist in preparing the property for listing with an assessment, and provide a list of all necessities to help ensure you feel prepared for bookings. Our pricing strategy for each property is based on several factors. During the assessment we can discuss your goals and pricing preferences. 

Inquiries & Bookings

Handling all guests' questions and concerns during the stay. We act as the only point of contact for guests staying on the property via phone and instant messaging 24/7

  • Responding to any booking inquiries 

  • Screening guests using our screening methods to prevent unwanted guests

Photos

High quality images can make or break the success of a listing on airbnb. Potential guests expect to see great photos. We sure a professional photographer for this (at no cost to the owner). Unless you have photos you prefer to use.

Daily Management

  • Cleaning, washing linens and towels

  • inspecting the house after every stay to ensure there is no damage

  • Removing garbage

  • Writing reviews for the guests

  • Responding to guest reviews

  • Managing the Airbnb calendar. (Blocking off time for owners, changing pricing, etc.)

  • Monitoring of inventory and stock for essential agreed upon supplies at a cost to the owner

  • Coordinating lawn care/snow removal at an agreed upon cost to the owner

  • Completing formal quarterly inspections of the property including formal reports and photographs. If you prefer to inspect the property personally you can always go there whenever there are no guest bookings

  • Discussing and resolving any owner concerns or issues

House Rules & Listing

By listing your property with us, you receive the benefit of our Superhost status.To ensure your property will be be treated with respect your requests will be written into house rules.We will also create your listing description to showcase the property.

Monthly Financials 

We provide monthly billings and financial reports of past and upcoming bookings.
